Please remember, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, if it’s been over 30 days, we can’t offer replacements or refunds.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms: We currently only offer replacements, not returns. If your item is defective, no need to return it; we’ll send a replacement for free.

For hygiene and customization reasons, we don’t offer exchanges or full refunds unless:

  • The item significantly differs from the description or preview.
  • It’s damaged due to our fault or during shipping.
  • You receive the wrong item.

If you don’t receive your order within 30 days, we’ll provide a full refund.

Please note, we typically can’t accept refunds or replacements for customer mistakes like:

  • Choosing the wrong size, design, or color.
  • Providing an incorrect address.
  • Failing to carefully review the design before ordering.

Please allow for a 20% difference between advertised and actual item colors due to lighting or display differences.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR A CLAIM?

To file a claim, email [email protected] with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the defective product
  • If it’s a printing error, include photos.
  • If it’s a size or placement issue, include measurements.
  • If items are missing, provide an image of the package and contents.

Our team will review and, if eligible, send a replacement at no extra cost. If not practical, we’ll fully refund the eligible product.

REPLACEMENT/ REFUND PROCESS

We don’t accept returns for customized items; you can keep, donate, or dispose of them. Replacements follow the standard order timeframe.

For refunds, you’ll receive confirmation within 1-2 business days. The refund will reflect in your account after some days, depending on your bank.
